VL Link is a service designed for college campus student organizations to register their organizations, manage their roster, oversee their public profile and social media accounts, and create shortened URLs for sharing links.

3. User Conduct

3.1: You are solely responsible for the content and information you provide through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or display content that violates applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or personal data as defined by the Privacy Policy.

3.2: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Prohibited Use of Personally Identifiable Information

4.1: You agree not to request or collect personally identifiable information (PII) beyond the user's name and email address through the Service. PII includes but is not limited to: social security numbers, financial information, addresses, phone numbers, and other sensitive personal data.

4.2: Additionally, you are strictly prohibited from requesting any information that would violate Vanderbilt University's Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policies, beyond "Directory Information" as defined by the University. "Directory Information" is limited to information that the University has designated as public, non-sensitive information that may be disclosed without the student's consent.

4.3: Any violation of the PII restrictions or the University's FERPA policies may result in the immediate termination of your account and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

VL Link and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clubfair Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these TOS.
